  I had shopped at this conveinence store a few times. The prices are high, there are no bathrooms, and the employees always have an attitude. I tried to look past that because it is in a conveinent location. I purchased several scratch offs here. I ended up winning $105, so I brought the tickets back to cash them. The lady said that would be paid in a money order. I said "that's weird why can't I have cash for it?" I have worked for a gas station before so I am well aware they can't pay out over $500, but she said that the rule at their store is $50. I was ready to take them elsewhere when she said I could cash the money order at a bank, Giant Eagles (Market District), Cogos, or Walmart at the nearby mall. I explained I don't have a bank, but if I could cash it at those other places fine I'll take it. They lied. Walmart at the mall doesn't cash them. Cogos doesn't and neither does Market District. While at Market District the woman at customer service said I am the second person they have lied to about this and have sent there. When the attendants back at this store were asked what to do with it they said go cash it at these places again. They were informed that none of those places do infact cash the money orders they give and that I was given one under false pretenses, but they just kept saying they aren't the manager. I understand not cashing out a scratch off because it is too much, but just say you can't do anything with it. Don't lead your customers to believe one thing when you're wrong, and then assume no responsibility. This place is shady as all get out and I will not be shopping here again.
